Star Sapphire Debuts “In Love and War” on ‘Green Lantern: The Animated Series’

While Hal Jordan’s been traipsing around the stars, poor Carol Ferris has been on Earth worrying about him. Well, until now.

That’s right my friends, this week’s episode of ‘Green Lantern: The Animated Series’ introduces Hal’s most complicated “enemy,” Star Sapphire and, more interestingly, the Star Sapphires as a whole. At this rate, we’ll have met at least one member of all the Lantern corps before the season finale. Though I wonder if Sinestro is still a Green Lantern at this point since he hasn’t been mentioned…hmmm…

A pair of preview clips await after the photo gallery!

‘Green Lantern: The Animated Series’ episode “…In Love and War” airs Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 10am ET/PT on Cartoon Newtork, part of “DC Nation”

About Tamara Brooks

A few things I wondered about as a kid: Why didn't Wonder Woman punch more bad guys in the face on the tv show?; How does Superman flying around the Earth turn back time?; Could someone really catch bullets with their teeth?; Why didn't the liquid bits of the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man cause 3rd degree burns on whoever it landed on? Because melted marshmallow is up there with molten hot lava.
