‘The Walking Dead’ sets premiere, debuts trailer

For those of us fortunate enough to make it to San Diego Comic-Con, we had the opportunity to watch the amazing promo for AMC’s The Walking Dead. Now you can look at it in all it’s suspenseful, gory glory. The zombie at the 2:52 mark is particularly creepy, no?

Now that you’re all revved up, you don’t have too long to wait for the series premiere. The Walking Dead debuts on the most fitting date of all – Halloween. The 90-minute premiere airs at 10pm on Sunday, October 31st as part of AMC’s 14th annual  Fearfest marathon of horror/thriller films. After the premiere, TWD episodes will be 60-minutes long on Sundays.

Until then, I leave you with some highlights from the aforementioned Comic-Con panel to satiate some of your curiosity.

A few things I wondered about as a kid: Why didn't Wonder Woman punch more bad guys in the face on the tv show?; How does Superman flying around the Earth turn back time?; Could someone really catch bullets with their teeth?; Why didn't the liquid bits of the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man cause 3rd degree burns on whoever it landed on? Because melted marshmallow is up there with molten hot lava.
